4. We discuss the strategy and prepare the proposal of the first scenario and posts for the following week.

Principles of operation:

• Correspondence takes place from one e-mail address, which we set after the purchase.
• In financial matters, please contact us by e-mail: biuro@arsmedia.pl.
• You receive post scenarios from a designated e-mail address, please send us any corrections or suggestions for future scenarios to the provided e-mail address.
• Time and hours of post publications are included in the scenario. Please, pay attention to the date and the time of publication of the posts.
• Please send information for new scenarios until Tuesday.
• You will receive post scenarios until Friday, in exceptional situations until Monday.
• Any changes/ content correction/ scenario publication should be reported by e-mail within 48 hours.
• If you purchase any additional posting services, such as graphic templates, you will be receiving scenarios with pictures but without final artworks.
• After accepting the scenario, graphic designer will prepare all the needed graphics.
• The service is automatically extended (continued) according to the current billing period counted from the publication of the first post. In case of cancelling our services, please inform us 2 weeks before the end of the billing period.
